after issuing the preliminary report, we work alongside the client, architect, builder, or any stakeholder that needs input into the delivery and operation of the building. we will be present for discussions and adjustments to the requirements outlined in the preliminary report, and keep everyone informed of the implications of changes as the project moves through design development.

as we move through to the approval stages, we synthesise all the discussion through the collaboration stage and distill this into a final report, clearly certifying the desired outcome. we will prepare a detailed checklist for documentation compliance, ensuring clear and efficient approval of the drawings.
